Robin El Kady

Robin El Kady serves as a member of the international staff at NATO HQ, working as
part of the Information Environment Assessment team. He provides the Alliance with
situational awareness of developments in the information environment, focusing in
particular on hostile information activities. He advises senior leadership on data
analytical methods and data-informed decision-making. Before joining the
international staff, Robin was working as a Fellow of Global Law and Governance
and a teacher at the University of St Andrews. He has been pursuing his PhD in
International Relations at the Universities of St Andrews and Oxford, focusing on the
strategic legitimation of International Organizations. He holds two Master’s in
International Law and Diplomacy and in Politics, Ethics, and Religion from Harvard
University and the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
