Ioana Andrada Tudorie is the Outreach and Communication Officer of NATO’s Talent Acquisition Service, working on raising awareness of NATO’s employer branding and increasing the generational and geographic diversity within NATO International Staff.
Previously, Ioana has been working for 6 years as part of NATO’s Public Diplomacy Division, in the Press and Media section, carrying out media monitoring and analysis, social media coordination, as well as event management.
She has started her professional career in the Government of Romania, as part of the Spokesperson’s Office, and afterwards working as a communication adviser for the Ministry of Transports of Romania.
She is fluent in Romanian, English, French and Italian and has graduated two Master programmes: in Management and Business Communication and in New Media and Society in Europe.
